The acquisition of Sharklet Technologies Inc. was announced May 16, 2017. The acquisition by Peaceful Union a company held by Mr. Liwu Zhou and Ms. Christine Cheung leads Sharklet Technologies into their next growth phase of accelerated product developments. Professor Brennan, University of Florida, was installed as the Chairman of Sharklet Technologies. Dr. Ethan Mann was named the Chief Operating Officer. The company consolidated their Denver and Chicago operations to their Denver location that is on the University of Colorado – Denver Anschutz Medical Campus.
